Here's the pattern and instructions for making a hooded cape (outerwear) with an oversized hood.Since the cape is slightly shifted to the right, the pattern will be asymmetrical on both sides.Simply sew together and add buttons and buttonholes, making it a beginner-friendly cape pattern.I don't think you'll find commercially available patterns with hoods this extremely large.This design will be specialized for cosplay costumes.If your sewing machine doesn't have a buttonhole function, you can use Velcro instead of buttons.After printing, paste it according to the pasting line,Cut and use.The pattern has a seam allowance, so it can be used as is.
